THE CLASSES

Find Your Class

Challenging, engaging Reformer classes to suit what your body needs and how you want to move. All classes are 50 minutes, in English, with a maximum of 8 people.

THE METHOD

What is Reformer Pilates?

The Reformer is a sliding carriage on a spring-loaded frame. Those springs give you resistance to push against and support to work with so every exercise can be made gentler or considerably harder without changing the movement itself. It's why one class can hold a complete beginner and a seasoned athlete side by side, each properly challenged.

My teaching blends traditional and contemporary Pilates with functional movement — building strength through your whole body, with breath, control and precision running underneath everything. Sessions are layered, so you always have a version that meets you where you are and a next step waiting when you're ready for it.

Strength, without strain

Spring resistance builds strength and definition, all while staying kind to your joints.

Mobility & posture

Length through the spine and open hips and shoulders — you'll feel taller walking out.

Deep core control

The moving carriage asks for stability in every exercise, your centre works the whole class.

Breath & focus

Fifty minutes of moving with intention. A genuine reset for a busy head.

OUR METHOD

The layering system

Our classes blend traditional and contemporary Pilates with functional movement, creative variations, and sometimes an athletic twist — sequences that are playful yet powerful, layered to challenge you at the right level.

1

Layer one

We establish the essence of the exercise with fundamental movement that everyone can access.

2

Layer two

We add intensity, building strength and challenge.

3+

Layer three

We amplify and progress further, with advanced variations for those ready to level up.
