STUDIO POLICIES & FAQs

A few things that keep our studio thriving

Setting expectations up front keeps classes safe, fair, and running smoothly for you, the teachers, and everyone.

Arrival & lateness

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to join — once class begins, the warm-up can't be missed and the teacher's focus is on the group.

Clothing & safety

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move freely — loose pieces can catch in the equipment. Grip socks must be worn, long hair tied back, and please avoid zippers or sharp details, and gum or sweets during class.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your class (24 hours for privates) so others on the waitlist can join. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged as a class used — this keeps things fair and the schedule running smoothly.

Photos & videos

You're welcome to take photos of the studio and tag us, and short clips of just you, taken discreetly. Please no tripods or filming of the full class; this protects everyone's privacy and our class content.

Equipment care

Please be mindful and respectful when using the equipment, moving with care. After class, kindly clean your Reformer and any props you've used — we love keeping the studio fresh, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
