Studio Policies

• Arrival & Lateness

  Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together and keep the class flow smooth.

  If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to join - once class begins, the warm-up can’t be missed and the teacher’s focus is on the group.

  Arriving on time keeps everyone safe and in sync 💛

• Clothing & Safety

  For your safety and comfort, please avoid chewing gum or sweets during class - they can be a choking hazard.

  Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that lets you move freely and feel supported. Loose or baggy pieces can get caught in the equipment, so it’s best to keep things streamlined.

  Grip socks must be worn for hygiene, safety, and stability on the Reformer.

  Long hair should be tied back to keep it out of the way while you move, and please avoid zippers or sharp details that could mark or damage the equipment leather.

  Move freely, safely, and beautifully. 💛

• Cancellations & Rescheduling

  We understand that life happens!
  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your class to allow others on the waitlist to join.

  Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will be charged as a class used. This helps keep things fair and the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

• Photos & Videos

  We love seeing your Pilates glow and seeing the studio out there.
  You’re welcome to take photos of the studio and tag us - we’d love to share the love.

  Short clips of just you are also welcome, taken discreetly and without disrupting the class.
  Please no tripods or filming of the full class - this helps protect everyone’s privacy and our studio’s class content.

• Equipment Care & Safety

  Please be mindful and respectful when using the equipment, moving with care to avoid tripping, injury, or damage to yourself or others.

  After class, kindly clean your Reformer and any props or accessories you’ve used - we love keeping the studio fresh, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

  Move with awareness, care, and gratitude for the space. 💛
