In our Origin Reformer Focus Class we keep the flow simple but deep - learning the fundamental movements, traditional repertoire with contemporary exercises, and how to move our bodies on the Reformer correctly. Not the 'easy' option, but the focus is on strength with good form.

We learn how to challenge strength, coordination and flexibility and how to transition from one movement to another, and progress to our Pilates practice with confidence.

Why Origin Reformer Focus?.. Understanding the basics and building on them, progressing to more dynamic movement with correct form. Resistances and movements that easily adapted up or down depending on level. The choreography is less complex, allowing for focus and precision.

Perfect For.. Those who want full body workout, focus on core, strength, posture, learn good form, go deep without too much choreography.

Level: All levels. Those new to Pilates, or re-commencing a fitness journey, or don’t know where to start.. Also, experienced students who like to advance their practice by keeping it simple, strong and deep.

Elevate Reformer Flow

Get moving, Challenge Your body, elevate your energy.

Elevate Reformer Flow is Our Signature group Reformer Pilates class.

This class is a full body workout, mixing traditional Pilates, with dynamic Pilates and functional training. It is challenging - moderate intensity - perfectly balancing strength and core challenges with stability and toning.

There are options to work at your level, and advance at your own pace so you get what you need. Come if you like to move dynamically, challenge your strength, balance and stability, and play with possibilities.

Why Elevate?… This one elevates your energy, and leaves you feeling strong, vibrant and plugged back into your body. An all-over body workout, increasing core, back and glute strength.

Perfect for.. Clients who want to move, focus on increasing strength, muscle tone, posture and balance and stability. 

Level… Open level but some Pilates experience, or movement confidence recommended.

Elevate Plus+

learning opportunities, and experimentation, to aN Extra challenging all-over body workout.

Elevate Plus will be a class for the experienced and strong client. The class will require a minimum of 20 Reformer Pilates classes under your belt.

Clients must feel confident in a full plank position on the floor for 30 seconds as a benchmark, and happy to be in inverted positions. Elevate Plus is a mix of traditional and contemporary full-body workout movements focused on stability and strength, just like Elevate Reformer Flow, but with focused physical challenges, workshop style teaching moments, and heavier weights. This is not a flow class.

Why Elevate Plus? This adds advanced exercise learning opportunities, and experimentation, to a challenging all-over body workout, increasing core, back and glute strength with precision and power. 

Perfect for.. Clients who want to focus on taking it up a notch with their practice, learning and experiencing advanced work whilst challenging strength, muscle tone, posture and balance and stability. Happy to workshop exercises and not flow always..
